Shipping

• Please ensure that the receiver's name, contact number, and delivery address for your order is accurate and complete as we are unable to change these details once you have placed your order. We will not take responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect information provided by you.
• Delivery to rural addresses may take longer.
• Delivery is deemed to have been made when the goods arrive at the delivery address provided by you. We accept no liability for damage, loss, or theft to goods after they have been delivered. Signature is required for all parcels. By giving authority for the courier to sign for and leave your parcel, you acknowledge that Keyoura will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage to the parcel left at the address in accordance with your instructions.

Return Policy

We hope that all our products reach you in perfect condition. When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. Take a video or photo during unboxing the products is highly recommended. If the product purchased arrives damaged, defective, or sent in error, do not discard the product right away. Instead:

• Take a photo of the faulty product
• Notify the Customer Care team
  • Our Customer Care can be reached out through keyoura.official@gmail.com and indicate on the subject line 'Faulty Product'. Please inform them:
    • a). Your name
    • b). Contact number
    • c). Order number
    • d). Name of the product
    • e). The batch and expiry date
    • f). The reason you believe this product to be faulty
    • g). The photo of the faulty product
    • h). A brief explanation of the photo
    - It is important that you contact our Customer Care team before returning products as we will not be held responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit that have not been arranged through us.
• Wait for the replacement to be processed
  • Once the claim has been reviewed and approved by our Customer Care team, we will arrange for a replacement to be delivered free of charge and as soon as possible.
• Return the faulty product
  • - Our Customer Care team may ask you to return the faulty product for further inspection. Please safely pack the damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • - We will organise a delivery partner to pick up the product and help return it to us for further inspection
  • - The date and time of pick up will be set in communication with our Customer Care team.
  • - Further questions may be asked by our Customer Care team during inspection of the product. Please cooperate.
  THINGS TO NOTE :
  • - The return policy only applies if the product purchased is proven to be damaged, defective, or sent in error. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.
  • - This return policy applies for products purchased on our website. When you choose to buy through other digital platforms, please check the return policy that applies on that platform.
  • - To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, still in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • - The damaged, defective, incorrect products must be reported within 14 days after arrival to be able to proceed for return. No returns will be granted following the 14 days after arrival.
  • - It may take up to 7 days for the return products to reach us and the replacement to reach you.
